I was able to complete all necessary work as a community team member while maintaining a balance as a student to fulfill a full course load and explore additional hobbies. I could take on additional work in other areas and explore areas of interest within the company. Constantly working with Fortune 500 companies and exposed to numerous advances in tech, numerous industries, and people from all backgrounds. An exceptional team to work with, where each individual truly cares for each other and for the success of the company.

Tasks for the community team can be very repetitive while conducting outreach.

I am a current employee at BDI and have nothing but amazing things to say! I have learned so much from the leadership at BDI, they truly care about their employees. Being a remote business, you’d think there would be a lack of community but not at BDI. I’ve created and maintained amazing relationships with my coworkers and clients.

I do occasionally see my co-workers in person but it would be nice to see them face to face more often.
