Great benefits and good people. There's a real "we're family" atmosphere here.

Management plays favorites and it's hard to implement any change. Even when it's obvious that the change is necessary to the long term health of the business. Additionally new product development is quagmire for a company trying to move into a new market that does seem to know much about that market. The company is small and there's nowhere to move up.
