I came back to Businessolver last year after switching jobs 2 years ago. Lots of progress! Definitely see alot of focus on quality. And we've a start up culture which my husband's company would love to have. Glad to see morning stand ups are going strong and lots of good feedback on the AE incentive program.

the changes in roles make people feel uneasy and but when I discussed the access changes with my manager he was very open and answered my questions.

Thank you for your feedback. In particular, the Annual Enrollment Committee works really hard every year to ensure Solvers and clients are set up for successful AEs.
