They still want to run this company as if there are 100 employees. It's too big now to be "fly by the seat of your pants" but that's what it feels like. They also keep selling and winning new deals but don't have nearly enough experienced staff so the ones who know what they are doing work like dogs until they quit. Turnover is out of control....
