I've never worked at a company where I have so much opportunity to make an impact. They have done a pretty good job of getting talent in the building and you are working with some amazing people to help you in such a fast paced environment. The building is so unassuming from the outside, but once you walk-in it is fresh and alive with energy and an open unique layout. The growth and industry outlook really opens up a lot of leadership opportunities if you are capable and have the energy.

The pressure can be overwhelming if you don't know how to ask for help and plan ahead. One on one structure is up to you, need a more consistent method of feedback.
