Great coworkers! If you have a HSA, Businessolver will contribute a little bit of money toward it every month. Also, there is free food and drinks. Furthermore, you have room to develop real problem solving skills here because there are non-stop problems with the system or with clients.

There are some bright people at Businessolver. Sadly, I've watched several people reach their breaking point with this company within a year of working here. I hope this insight can help anyone that is thinking about working here. These are the common issues I've encountered at Businessolver: -NO raises (they will give you a raise when you threaten them to quit ONLY. Businessolver over-sales and under-delivers but expects all their employees to over-deliver even when its obvious that they have no plan to give employees incentives) Horrible work life balance: It is very easy to get burnt out a Businessolver. This has been the only company I've ever worked at where people leave work in tears. It is very sad because there is a lack of support for those people. Businessolver almost acts like its the employees problem instead of it being a COMPANY problem. The majority of the people in the Des Moines office have kids. Sadly, these people go home with work constantly. Everybody here is pretty stacked with work! So it is very hard to find support and help when you need it. Also, the turnover here adds extra pressure on workload as well. Don't let Businessolver place you in a chain and ball. Stand up for yourself when it comes to your family life and mental health. If they cared about you as a person they would understand. In most cases, I doubt they would care because Businessolver doesn't respect their employees. I just think upper management has grown tired of hearing people call these things out. So instead of acting on it, they've just turned a blinded eye. Terrible quarterly review systems: The quarterly review process is TERRIBLE! The system we used for our quarterly reviews has changed 3 times in the past year! The review ask you questions only about your performance and lacks ways to give feedback to our managers and the Executive team. Remember Businessolver, employees want to evaluate you as well. It isn't just a one way street and not only on how the employees benefit you! Employees need to be heard as well. Furthermore, the review might be a waste of time for the company anyways because they aren't even going to consider giving any raises. Don't expect this company to invest in you. They are solely focused on their growth and not the growth of the people who has helped them get this to where they are now. The CEO has time to sign off on every expense that goes out the companies door and to reject people who have righteously asked for raises, but doesn't have time to even HEAR the issues that employees are having at this company. It's only a matter of time that Businessolver becomes a company to avoid. I see this happening weekly as employees are leaving for better opportunities.
