Despite presenting well on paper, the reality within the Singapore office is deeply concerning. Leadership at the top—specifically the CEO, CFO, and COO—lacks the capability and accountability required to run a functional and healthy organisation. Their management style has cultivated a culture rooted in toxicity, internal politics, and excessive pressure, where employees are set up to struggle rather than succeed. There is a visible disconnect between leadership’s conduct and the day-to-day realities faced by staff, with morale steadily deteriorating as a result. It is difficult to understand how such behaviour continues unchecked, and I strongly urge head office to conduct a serious and independent review of the Singapore leadership team, as their current direction is undermining both employee well-being and overall business performance.
