Owner showed no interest in helping an overwhelmed and understaffed kitchen crew while he was working as "manager on duty." Forced restaurant to stay open without running water (no means of washing produce, washing hands, or using a restroom) and kept food in a broken cooler that was at over 60 degrees. Bottom line is he cares more about the bottom line
