A lot of felons, drug addicts. They won't fire people who don't work. If they don't like you they will get rid of you. If they do like you they will cover up anything to make sure you stay.

Easy shift. Friendly environment. Constant work so time flys.

Pay is low while work is high. Positions change a lot.
