At times, there can be a lag between identifying a barrier in the work and it being prioritized with clear, consistent action. That said, many of the things that would have been on my “cons list” earlier in my tenure have since been addressed, which speaks to leadership’s willingness to listen and evolve.
Workload ebbs and flows can increase intensity and negatively impact collaboration. However, I’ve seen consistent effort to invest in the right resources to continuously improve.
