Poor management - Recensione dipendente - Mental Health Clinician presso Butte County Behavioral Health

Working as a Peer Advocate for Butte County Behavioral Health was a great first job! The coworkers I had with me were so fun and it was great to be engaged in making a difference and helping participants in the programs grow. The experiences I gained here have helped me so much.

As a youth peer advocate, the hours were limited and after high school the hours didn't fit very well with a evolving schedule.

The individuals who work there like what they do and are passionate about helping others.

Very little established processes, very little useful training, a lot of blaming those underneath you.
