Good folks to work with

I had to leave the company.

Easy, lovely coworkers, flexible schedule.

Poor/lack of management and incapable owner. New employees received essentially no training then continuously complained to about any mistake no matter how small. Vague guidelines on what was allowed to be ordered were given then constantly changed depending on the owners mood but you are the one expected to call and explain how the owner doesn’t know how to run a business. The owner made multiple racist remarks and fired the only black employee by taking them off the schedule and never contacting them or answering any of their efforts to contact her. The owner so clearly doesn’t know how to run a business, presents a certain way to new employees just to turn on them once they’ve worked long enough to start asking for a livable wage. Multiple times I was missing HUNDREDS of dollars from paychecks that she would venmo once she was corrected which you’d still have to fight for. Ultimately with the pay it’s not really worth it.
