Depending on your role, they also offer a great hybrid model with a mix of in office and wfh days, allowing for excellent flexibility.

      The work-life balance fluctuates significantly depending on the time of year and specific project deadlines in my particular department. Additionally, it is a fast-paced working environment which may not suit some people.
