My experience within Bygen was very positive. It is a multicultural workplace where colleagues come from many different backgrounds, creating a rich and open environment. The employees are very welcoming and know how to make newcomers feel comfortable. Many people offered me their help, which allowed me to adapt quickly.
As an intern, I was treated as a full member of the team, with no distinction related to my status. This integration allowed me to fully engage in the tasks I was given.
The atmosphere within the team is excellent, which makes daily work enjoyable and motivating.
