Repetitive tasks with no learning goals, immense pressure from frustrated middle management, feels more like a modern day sweatshop than a innovative working environment
I stayed a month and a half before switching internships, in which I saw two other interns quite due to such an unpleasant work environment.
In my month in a half, I saw people get yelled at to the point of tears and people getting fired because they couldn't stay after working hours.
Many workers are not able to just quite as they are not european and therefore need the job to stay in Barcelona.
When showing any critique middle management starts to dismiss and belittle you.
