This company is a joke. Everything is bad. Management is clueless and unprofessional. There is crazy micromanagement, no normal processes, and no respect for employees. The company hires students, new immigrants, and people who don’t have many options, and pays way below the market. The conditions are cheap and the atmosphere is toxic. The CEO has no respect for employees or clients. Both are treated badly, and honestly I’m surprised clients still work with this company. The product is outdated, the quality is low, and the way of working is 15 years behind the market.
