Very supportive management. Flexible, Family-like culture. Productive, relaxed, calm, stress-free, motivating. Very welcoming, organized and cooperative. Management and HR are Extremely generous, understanding. CEO and owner makes you feel very welcomed.

Could offer more snacks :)

ByteCubed is a great place to work because of the culture. There is a real sense of team work and appreciation for innovation and creativity. ByteCubed is a fairly new company but continues to see steady growth and success each and every day. The non traditional approach trickles down to every person on the team and allows you the space to be creative in your work. ByteCubed does not have a traditional hierarchy either which also contributes to more successful collaboration and team work among the employees. ByteCubed also goes over and beyond to provide great benefits and fun working environment for employees.

There really aren't any major cons to working at ByteCubed. Since the company is fairly new, there were a few growing pains when getting started. However, the leadership goes out of their way to solve any issues an employee might be having and as soon as possible.
