Specially the west Sales leadership team - Inexperienced and hired on bias- leadership team - Company hired people from TV & Radio backgrounds for a digital job! - The West head and west Mid market heads are inexperienced and bias without rationale. - The leadership team needs a massive revamp and needs to be replaced and good leaders.
