A company that does not authorize employees to talk about their salaries with other employees, and when spoken to, we discover that people who had the same position earned more than others. Those in charge and function do not have a salary increase, which goes completely against what is said in the CLT (Brazilian labor laws). When a person with a high position goes on vacation, they put a person with a lower level to occupy that position during the other's vacation time, in addition to the complex and complicated work that the person needs to do, the person also needs to do their job and not they don't earn any salary or bonuses for it, and if the person can't reconcile the two, they don't care and even give a low score in the monthly evaluations. In my last month at the company, I and other people who were dismissed, had a month of analysis and assessment and we reached all the goals that were requested, and even so, they fired us, which before they said would not happen.
