It almost seems like employees work long hours because of the tech debt. Also the technology used is very old and backwards, so little chance of growing your engineering skills. - Non-traditional work hours: to function normally and within deadlines, you got to work until at least 7PM to work with colleagues in China, Singapore, etc.
