If I am facing any issues or blocks in proceeding further, the mentors come forward to provide a solution. You can talk to your mentor about stuff even outside work and how you can learn new technologies. They will truly help you without any hidden motives.

As for interns, the stipend does seem a bit low considering that at times more than 6 hours a day is dedicated towards work.
