Buhler develops high tech machines and works in many different technologies, mostly in food/feed. You can really learn a lot. They have more structure to their project management processes than most companies do so it sets a good foundation for each project you are assigned.

Sales have been weak for years now and management doesn’t know how to fix it. VPs are disconnected from their workforce, they spend most of their time with doors closed on conference calls to each other instead of leading their teams.
