Pay is decent but you're working long hours.

They will teach you everything you need to know about the business field. Whether it is the sales department (going out and talking to 100-300 people a day) to the Business operations portion (payroll, scheduling, participating in conference calls). So if your looking to gain business experience, this would be the place. Even though the pay was $600 + commission, your base salary is guaranteed to increase after 2 weeks to 2 months of progress.

I am not a big sales guy, so I opted out of the offer that was given to me. They told me that they do not focus on sales, so I was okay with that, but the base pay was only $600 a week and the hours were 8:30 AM - 7 PM. That is 10.5 hours a day which make it 52.5 hours a week for $600. So you pretty much have to sell items in order to make money.
