      Zero training. Office bullying is encouraged and to be considered as "healthy competition" One has to work there for ten years to make a decent salary. AWFUL MANAGEMENT! Carriers, customers, and employees hate CHR..they are on their way out.

The CEO makes millions, while canceling merit pay increases that get dangled over your head by supervisors all year to meet their benchmarks. Most phone calls are cranky customers looking for late trucks or calling back due to rescheduling out.
