Concept and know-how of the industry

Do not care about their employees, poor business strategy & delivery, no focus and commitment. Management responsible for making decisions are doing it with selfish intention and betraying employees. Merger process with MasterCard is a big disaster, lowering the grades of their own employees (who are trusted & top performers) in to the new MasterCard setup. Do not consider working for C-SAM MasterCard group. The management is not trustworthy.
