Svantaggi
The whole business model of the company is the problem. It is a subcontractor. Other companies pay Creek for subcontracting tasks or projects that they don't want to do, cheaply. So creek will hire a lot of people to be basically disposable workers that get contracts every 6 months. They will hire recent graduates and lure people with the promise of getting involved in huge IP projects, but then said projects will turn out to be sweatshops where you are required to work on weekends while you get reminded of how you are supposed to be grateful of being able to participate in such a big IP's development. There is almost 0 chance to grow or improve, because paying more to their employees goes against their very business model. They are so ridiculously cheap they even refuse to provide for quality equipment such as a decent mouse. I consistenly worked at projects that brought record high revenues for many consecutive quarters and that never translated into any career growth such as becoming a seishain, a better insurance package, stock options, a salary increase or even a change in position. I got a gift card from amazon as a reward for being one of the best performing employees as I watched the value of the stock skyrocket. I was creating value that I did not get to benefit from and it was frustrating. The actual company is actually a bunch of ojisans without any skill feeding off the work of poorly paid subcontracted workers doing overtime. I even had a superior admit that to me once.
