C2 contributes time and dollars to local industry groups, meetups and related organizations. We network well and stay connected to the creative community in meaningful and relevant ways. The place is fun and flexible for full-time employees.

C2 only serves the metro-Milwaukee area, so there's not as much opportunity to recruit or place talent in the Chicago area, which, while it hasn't limited our success, might be a missed opportunity for growth. C2 could do a better job of providing more professional development to our talent pool, by leveraging our training and content partners a bit more.

A good fit for some.

They say they’re including but will only accept people who are like them and already fit in. Boring work. Poor worker/client matchmaking. Even still, not that much work to go around. Not much to strive for, as their focus lies within a 40 mile radius (maybe). L
