Advancement - Promoting from within is very important to C2FO and we are proud that 71% of our SRM leadership team were promoted from our SRM team. We have also started an internal leadership network that allows our team members to continue professional growth for future opportunities.
Targets - C2FO is a fast-paced, entrepreneurial-minded organization with huge growth aspirations. Our continued growth means that targets and goals are challenging but achievable.
