Autocratic Culture Politics No job security - they fire people on ad-hoc basis. Regional Heads are quite empowered and they lead as a proprietor. So, the length of one career will depend on the period till you are able to manage the proprietor. There has been cases wherein they have fired people on the floor and that too for no reason. High Level of Internal Stakeholder cum perception Management is required. One always work under a level of uncertainty and under stress Limited Career Progression
