Great working environment to begin career development

Little growth and poor pay

Nice colleagues and friendly vibe in the office.

High staff turnover, due to low pay and very few permanent positions, even though the position is sold as 'temp to perm'. Due to people leaving so often, it is difficult to get answers from other departments for customers, as those left in the teams are 'drowning' in work, or recruited quickly and not trained properly. This causes lots of very angry customers repeatedly ringing the call centre.
