1. Technology wise, the work may or may not suite you well. Being an old company, certain products have old technology and being a non-startup following strategy, its difficult for them to switch to new technology. 2. if you dont work hard but still know how to broadcast your work well, you will still get good recognition (also depends on manager's visibility and the background work your manager does to verify the work) 3. Big company -> sure to have some politics for senior employees -> better broadcasting 4. Not a risk-taker company, plays safe most of the time when it comes to improvements in the product. 5. the motto - "change always" adheres to very less number of teams, all depends on higher management decisions whether or not the change is required.
