      Weinig respect voor de mensen die aan de lijn moeten werken, Streven naar zo weinig mogelijk mensen aan de lijn en zo snel mogelijk afwerken ten koste van de kwaliteit, ergonomie, welzijn op het werk.

      - Culture is not so good but we as a team are working on that. - We are working on securing full time people on our lines. This is hard to do because the work is physically hard on your hands but we are currently working on solutions. - Wish there was more money to get the parts we need regularly.
