      Easy job, decent pay (for the amount and skill level of work required), and decent flexibility with leave.

      Svantaggi

      Very hard to get a promotion even when you consistently receive excellent reviews, are given more job responsibilities, etc. Favoritism. Very poor leadership and management skills by managers (upper and lower). No benefit to work harder than required as there is no award from the company either financially or career-wise.

      The "unlimited" FTO is the leader of the pros. Then the leadership has been mostly great and accommodating in allowing you to take time off. There are also plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. There is also the work. Its is very interesting work for specific customers and seeing your part get implemented into a larger project has been rewarding. The team is also great. Everyone is friendly and genuinely cares.

      The big Con like many project oriented Gov contractors is that "everything" becomes priority and it can be difficult to stay on track as well as not get in the way of other teams.
