Management is a total disaster. Poorly run department. Confusion, belittling, and chaos to say the least. Software tools , or lack of tools, is a big pain point. No training, sink or swim mentality. Numbers and systems never tie and constantly show incorrect and irrelevant data. Most people leave due to poor, incompetent management and overworking employees.
