when you improve on all metrics and get told metrics are not everything but yearly goals are looked at by metrics. they say employee empowerment but the second someone speaks up they do what they can to shut them up. leadership will tell you one thing to your face and do another behind you bad. we have a tier system that goes up to 5 which is useless. Managers and Directors are not held accountable to its workforce.
