I pretty much started my career at CAIS and as someone with little experience in alts prior, this was a fantastic place to quickly learn and grow. The firm is fast-paced and the people are very innovative. If you are good and work hard enough, you will receive unparalleled levels of exposure to all business lines that will “turn on” a more strategic way of thinking.

It is difficult work, but extremely rewarding. I would say certain personalities will absolutely thrive here, but others may not. Make sure you are a fit.

Decent product market fit and relationships with asset managers

Leadership is nowhere to be found. Politics at the top of the house are toxic beyond belief. If you’re looking for a job look everywhere else, and read the review about the current COO. It’s all you need to know
