- Great co-workers at my level and below. - My manager was very open to ideas and allowed many people in our group to test our boundaries, grow our skills, and try out new processes. - Good benefits (401K, ESOP, vacation, etc.) - Generous with reimbursement for classes, professional organizations, etc. - Many opportunities to learn new skills and grow (though not always career wise) - Quick reimbursement for travel expenses (one of the quickest I've seen)

Svantaggi

- Dysfunctional organization. I was bounced through several VPs and divisions while I was there, even though I never changed job titles. I was never quite sure which part of the organization I would be part of next. - Very poor compensation for the work. Leaving I immediately gained $20k in salary and everyone else I worked with did the same. - They go through Project Managers like most people go through tissues. - Nepotism is alive and well there. Saw multiple examples of it during my tenure. - Always asked for opinions and advice of staff, and then never used any of it. - Turnover was high and competent people were often let go for petty reasons.
