Extremely spartan education plan (pays only for required certs). Utilizes Golden Hour for charting (the industry's most cumbersome system). Very high employee turnover (about every 2-3yrs) Required clinical rotations but no assistance with placement Dishonest upper management-frequent broken promises to staff regarding fixing these problems Unstable culture-employees are fired for obscure and inconsistent reasons
