Small company, very personable management leadership team, great benefits, outstanding focus on work/life balance, competitive pay with bonus plan.

Small company so really not the place if you want to climb the corporate ladder since there are few openings that provide upward mobility.

The Company Culture insists on integrity, excellent customer service and diplomacy and tact in dealings both internally and externally. In my career this Company tops the list in the quality of the people hired. Management gives freedom to employees in managing their own career direction, and if one has the drive there are many opportunities to succeed. The Company does not tolerate any employee, whether high or low level, treating others badly and encourages respect among all. CAMICO has also developed a new career path to give people more opportunities, which can be challenging in smaller organizations.

The Company needs to work on establishing a strong vision, from the top and among all Departments. This vision needs to be communicated, and over communicated, so everyone is aligned and knows what the ultimate goal of the organization is. There also needs to be more openness to solving and fixing problems, and allowing employees to do so.
