      Benefits are fantastic, bagel Fridays, friendly people. Strong lower level management. Some really intelligent people to work with. Nice accommodations made so you can do your job efficiently.

      There is no structure in this company. It is often reiterated that upper management just cares about numbers and not the people. Some parts of the company are undermanned and the people in it are ridiculously overworked picking up the slack. The programs you use are so complicated it will take years just to get down the basics.

      Thank you for the notes, we will be reviewing certain processes and looking to see what we can do. CAMP has grown significantly the last few years, so there are growing pains. We are grateful for the hard work and hope to rectify some of the topics you brought up

      Stable job opportunity if you can handle covering for everyone that calls out and all the pissed off customers yelling at you. They will not fire you as long as you show up and do the minimum.

      In addition to the avalanche of work that can't possibility be managed, Camp Systems will not allot pay raises other than a 3% annual. I now take home less than I started with 3 years ago due to the increase in employer paid benefits. Turnover is atrocious and you will make up the difference with the workload on a daily bases. Working early shifts, late shift, and weekends. Covering for other office locals when employees are out, which is quite often. Senior employees are rewarded job performance while junior employees are often brow beat by the Senior's for speaking up or asking questions.
