Where to start with this one. 1) no pay scale system in place: therefore nothing to work towards. 2) Micromanaged work environment: managers and employees all work on open classroom floor plan. If you don't trust the employees you hire to work, then you probably shouldn't have hired them. 3) Turnover employee rate extremely high: this should be a indication to management the system is broken and not blame the employees. 4) Upper Management lacks actually business training: area of management that is concerned with overseeing, designing, and controlling the process of production and redesigning business operations have no vision towards there employees, leaving a lackluster work environment 5) Fear Tactic towards employee: management quick to fire employees. 6) Poor Work Environment: building is falling apart, holes in the wall, ceiling leaking, floor leaking, etc.... 7) No balance with work and family: you have a family issue and have to miss work. Your probably getting written up or fired. This is 2013 and its a Internet based company, ever hear of working remotely or would that in-power our employees.

Stable job opportunity if you can handle covering for everyone that calls out and all the pissed off customers yelling at you. They will not fire you as long as you show up and do the minimum.

In addition to the avalanche of work that can't possibility be managed, Camp Systems will not allot pay raises other than a 3% annual. I now take home less than I started with 3 years ago due to the increase in employer paid benefits. Turnover is atrocious and you will make up the difference with the workload on a daily bases. Working early shifts, late shift, and weekends. Covering for other office locals when employees are out, which is quite often. Senior employees are rewarded job performance while junior employees are often brow beat by the Senior's for speaking up or asking questions.
