Lots of positives: committed to hybrid work with only two days in the office for most people, new headquarters office with awesome views, cool ergonomics, and free snacks. The benefits have improved ( kept cost low but enhanced health benefits, adding more time off in recent years- Personal Days, & extra holidays, plus early closure before significant holidays) flexibility working remotely, leadership that makes thoughtful decisions instead of chasing high volume and growth at all costs, promoting from within when possible. It has great people, a great place to learn different aspects of the business and good communication from leaders on how the business is doing. Culture Club is doing a great job maintaining a hybrid culture.

As a small business, it is often impacted by economic swings, and staff and cost reductions can be demoralizing. Diversity in senior leadership could/ should be better.
