Overwhelming amount of heat Poor communication People get thrown into positions that they do t even know how to do bc they think 2 weeks of training is enough They hire people with no manufacturing or production background They dont listen to your concerns and then when something happens they tell you ' oh why didnt you say anything so we could have fixed the issue' bunch of bs This is not a good place to work..if your looking for something to fill your time while you find a better job then this is your place! Company Moto. TOGETHER WE CAN It should be Together we can't do anything except have alot of downtime!!!...thats more fitting.

12 hours rotating shift, excellent team members and shift manager

It is difficult to use PTO and you are always denied the use of your own time. Rally bad management and top management of the company does not set a reasonable target for everyone to achieve. Toxic working environment.
