The people I worked with are good guys. It's a good group. Management seems to be investing to elevate the company's services and profile. I think the CAPRA Group in Billings, MT is standing at the brink of exciting expansion.

What is holding the CAPRA Group back is Managment's disdain for more modern work practices. They don't want employees to WFH - even when sick during this pandemic. They don't offer more employee sick days. If you can't make it into the office, you won't get paid. They frown upon Remote Work, even though the work done in-office can easily be done remotely. They aren't willing to adapt better work-life practices, even when employees are willing to work with them. Finally, the office diversity, gender wise and racially is woefully inadequate for this day and time.
