Layoffs are frequent to bring in more off shore contractors. 2025 was a waste of money for the organization because the hired off shore contractors failed to push out the new application. ELT was not held accountable. Current push for AI is also going to cost more people jobs. CAQH cares more about hiring management and cheap overseas labor vs actual results.
