The mission of the organization is amazing. The clients are wonderful to work with.

Hard to get enough hours sometimes.

Overall I look back fondly on my time with CARITAS. I learned a lot and love the population that I worked with. It’s a hard job, but can be so rewarding when you are able to watch someone transition from homelessness into stable housing. There’s also a very generous PTO package :)

Lack of support from management. I’m very self sufficient, but management is chaotic, things change often, and I often felt like I was not valued and my concerns fell on deaf ears.
