The mission is important. CASAs truly make a difference in the lives of Orange County foster youth.

Upper management is disconnected and lacks an understanding of programs. This is not a results focused organization; there are no metrics, goals, or any directives guiding this organization. Management training is so very needed and doesn't seem of value to upper management. The definition of a good manager is one that supports her team (has their back), consistently and frequently acknowledges good work, pushes projects/initiatives forward, is someone of integrity (follows through on her word, comes to work on time, etc.), has purpose in her actions and delegations, and is results oriented. You will not find these qualities in upper management at CASA OC.
