1. Salary on Time 2. Non chaotic quiet, work environment 3. Employee discounts on some products

1. Too much taxes are cut, no flexi offered 2. They shifted from hybrid to full 5 day week, making commute time more and increasing expenses 3. Sales staff not on ground 4. No incentive for salesforce 5. IT infra is too old (no wifi, they use LAN) 6. HR is toothless 7. Work location is miserable, no cafeteria, no subsidized food, no perks 8. Casio Japan has myopic vision, they don't research Indian market, high performing products get discontinued at whim just because the management wan't more Overall Profits or it doesn't work in international markets. They don't understand that scale gets profits too.
