If you want to work at this company, be prepared to be micromanaged like a child. They talk a lot about flexibility and work–life balance, but in reality, they expect overtime and even weekend work. You should also be ready to take on roles and responsibilities you never applied for. If you speak up or push back, you’re immediately labeled as “not a team player” or “dramatic.” The company is largely run by middle-aged men whose only responsibility is their job. They’re workaholics, so they expect everyone else to live the same way. If you’re a wife or a mother and your priorities look different, you’re guilt-tripped for it. Upper management is completely disconnected—mostly millionaires who have no real understanding of how normal people live. One example is the return-to-office push, which feels less about productivity and more about control. Employees are constantly blamed, when in reality management is afraid of losing control. Most employees are unhappy, but they stay because they need the paycheck. Management knows this and exploits it, squeezing people until they’re completely burned out. Unfortunately, this company still operates with a corporate culture from 20–25 years ago. Despite all the talk about “modernization,” it feels like it’s headed backward focused on control and greed rather than people.
