Almost no money for travel, training or development, bonus checks are smaller than ever. -Glacial career development. Top talent is recruited from business schools and then placed in customer service, collections, data entry roles for the first 3-5 years of their career. -Lack of thought diversity- generally old, white, male mentality for corporate culture. -Forget about casual Fridays, flexible schedules, work from home options, or leaving early before holidays. This workplace is run by white men with a very traditional outlook on work. All subordinates fall in line under this antiquated mindset in order to protect their bloated salaries. No one speaks their mind or drives innovation within the corporate culture.
